Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivered date.
  • The following are not eligible for return:
    • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
    • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
    • Gift cards (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at nanyangqingxinpan@163.com with your order number and reason for return within the 30-day window.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address. Returns shipped without an RA number may not be accepted.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the provided address. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as SpecialDeals is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly.
  • To request an exchange, please contact nanyangqingxinpan@163.com with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is our fault.
  • Returns must be sent to the specific address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns directly to our company registration address.

Final Sale Items

  • All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Eligible non-final sale items purchased on promotion may be returned for store credit only.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nanyangqingxinpan@163.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
