  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after we confirm your payment.
  • Order Verification: For your security and to ensure accuracy, some orders may undergo a brief verification check. This could extend the processing time by up to 1 business day. We will notify you promptly if this applies to your order.
  • Order Modifications: Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate modifications before your order enters the fulfillment stage.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within mainland China and to select international markets. Available shipping options and costs for your location will be displayed during checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Mainland China)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–8 business days after your order ships.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery within 2–4 business days after shipment (an additional fee applies).

International Shipping
We are excited to ship to a growing number of countries and regions. Delivery timelines vary by destination:

  • Standard International: 10–20 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited International: 6–12 business days after shipment (available in select regions).
  • Important Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Delivery & Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect or insufficient addresses supplied by the customer.
  • Delivery Completion: Our responsibility for the shipment ends once the carrier marks the package as “delivered.” We are not liable for any loss or theft that occurs after delivery.
  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, any reshipping will require additional fees.
